I have a blog on another domain. I get a fair amount of traffic, but not much from the blog to my T-shirt site. I think I'm diluting my effort by keeping this separate blog up.

Can anyone give me some tips on the best way to set up a blog under your T-shirt site, drive traffic back to the shop, and speak to the periodicity of blog posts?

Also, are they set up using Wordpress, and if they are, can an existing Wordpress off-site blog be imported into another domain easily, or do I need to start from scratch?
