A Category with the Title of ‘Dog T Shirts’ Gets converts into a URL and part of the Title tag for your page. The URL would look like this:

Next up are your Displayed Names. Your three options are Displayed Title, Content Title and Breadcrumb title. The following screenshot is the Category Administration panel and the three options:

The Displayed Title is used for the Menus. You want to keep it short and sweet. Here is the resulting menu item:

This last example shows your Breadcrumb Title (another great anchor text) and your Content Title which is used as a Header 2.
